Founded by CB in 2019, HOC was born out of her deep admiration for the women in her life. Known from an early age for capturing the unique essence of women in her sketches, CB has always highlighted the special je ne sais quoi that sets every woman apart. With her eye for precision and love for fashion, she earned a BA in Art from CSULA, specializing in textiles, fibers, and materials. From there, HOC became her vision brought to life, blending artistry with the beauty of couture fashion.
As a San Diego-based artist and designer, CB creates every piece with you in mind—because at HOC, we don’t believe in one size fits all. Every garment is handcrafted with premium fabrics and materials, designed to keep up with your life and elevate every moment.
